Janelle Mona Robinson (born December 1, 1985 in Kansas City, Kansas) is a Grammy nominated American indie pop and soul singer-songwriter dance producer and artist contracts with its own record label Wondaland Arts Society and Diddy's Bad Boy Records After moving to Atlanta she met with OutKast member Big Boi and then dived after the group's album Idlewild she then began to prepare for their debut EP and Metropolis: Suite I (The Chase) was released in August 2007 her debut album The ArchAndroid (Suites II and III) was released in May 2010
A Kansas Kansas City native moved to New York to study theater at the American musical and dramatic Academy Her original plan was to pursue a career on Broadway, but she soon changed his mind and returned to their containersk for the music an art form sometime manner she has the potential to change the world
